Parliament Constructions were engaged to undertake a base build fitout for the new Defence Housing Australia Headquarters in the growing precinct of Gungahlin Town Centre for Construction Control. Our contract was then extended to include the integrated fitout of the entire commercial building including but not limited to plasterboard partitions, glazed partitions, ceilings, feature ceilings, feature walls, balustrades, skylights, doors and hardware.

This was no ordinary office fitout, it was an extraordinary outcome for this project. The development compromises a single level basement that includes 75 carparks, 1000m2 of ground level retail, end of trip facilities, two main floors of integrated fitout with a Net Lettable Area of 2,100m2 which will house Defence Housing Australia.
